Build and Deploy Azure Communication Services (ACS) Intelligent Contact Center Dashboard

We are looking for an experienced developer familiar with Azure Communication Services (ACS) to help us set up, deploy, and configure a call control interface similar to the Intelligent Contact Center project on GitHub.

Tasks include:

Clone and run the GitHub project on a fresh server (Ubuntu preferred).
Set up ACS environment with access key, endpoint, and phone number.
Configure .env with ACS credentials and webhook callback URLs.
Deploy the backend (Next.js + API endpoints) and frontend (dashboard interface).
Set up Event Grid in Azure for incoming call webhook events.
Integrate basic call control functions: Answer, Hold, Resume, Mute, Transfer, End Call.
(Optional) Connect with microphone/audio and call recording feature.

Requirements:

Experience with Azure Communication Services.
Familiar with Node.js, Next.js, Prisma, and REST APIs.
Able to work on remote Linux server and deploy production-ready services.
Ability to troubleshoot Event Grid and webhook event handling.

We will provide:

ACS endpoint and access key.
Public domain or ngrok/localtunnel for webhook testing.
GitHub repo access and server credentials.
