Advanced Next.js Backend Architecture Development

I am looking for an experienced developer to build a robust and secure backend architecture using Next.js. The main focus of this project is a comprehensive authentication and user management system.

Technical Requirements

The system must include the following features:
• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Implementation of user roles and permissions.
• Advanced Authentication:
• JWT-based auth with Access and Refresh tokens.
• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) support.
• Password reset flow and secure user creation.
• Performance: Implementation of caching strategies to optimize database queries.
• Testing: 100% logic coverage using Jest (Unit and Integration tests).

Key Deliverables
• Clean, modular, and documented code.
• Secure handling of sensitive data and tokens.
• Fully functional test suite with passing Jest tests.
• Scalable architecture ready for further feature integration.

Preferred Qualifications
• Strong experience with Next.js (App Router preferred) and TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of security best practices (OWASP).
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL/MongoDB) and caching (Redis).
• Proven track record of writing testable code.
