- Drive organic growth through referral programs, partnerships, and viral strategies
- Continuously analyze data, A/B test, and refine strategies for maximum performance
Qualifications:
- Proven experience scaling newsletters to 100k+ subscribers (preferably in finance/crypto)
- Expertise in Beehiiv, paid ads, and viral referral strategies
- Strong knowledge of email marketing, audience segmentation & conversion optimization
- Data-driven mindset with a track record of high-growth campaigns
