Newsletter Growth Expert Needed - ActiveCampaign
Budget: $2,000 – $5,000 USD
I'm seeking a data-driven email-marketer with extensive experience in growing and managing newsletters, audience segmentation, CRM management, and growth strategy - extra credit points for experience with media brands, job boards or the life science industry. Your main tasks will be to evaluate our newsletters and redesign for optimal experience and growth strategy using Active Campaign; and also to clean up our old hubspot user data and run a re-engagement campaign. We currently run 4 newsletters each week to 4 distinct audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a high growth newsletter strategy for each of our publications using active campaign.
- Clean up our old HubSpot CRM data and use the right AI tools to improve our user data and user segmentation.
- run re-engagement campaigns with our old lists and users.
- Design and develop the newsletters look and feel, landing pages, welcome emails and other communication for our newsletter strategy.
- Create strategies aimed at increasing newsletter subscriptions.
- Integrate our current content from our website and platform into the newseltters.
- Develop strategies with AI and automation to grow our audience and improve efficiency.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in email marketing.
- Expertise in using ActiveCampaign and other CRMs
- Experience working with media brands and online communities.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Growth marketing
- AI and automation for marketing
- Ability to create engaging content
The end project should be a new redesigned newsletter and a system for our 4 separate weekly newsletter publications and a process for managing the newsletters each week, a cleaned up CRM with better data and segmentation, a re-engagement campaign being executed. The project should included ongoing support for at least 4 weeks of newsletters to test and show success. That includes the re-engagement campaign.
