About Us
Tiny Adventures Club is a storytelling brand that delivers meaningful, episodic adventures for children ages 6–12—and the grownups who read with them. Each story is a bite-sized, values-based journey designed to create memorable moments through shared reading.
We're seeking a reliable newsletter freelancer to support our weekly Mailchimp newsletter. If you love digital storytelling, light collaboration, and the idea of building community around children’s stories, this might be the perfect part-time role for you.
Scope of Work
We’re looking for a freelancer who can:
Manage Our Mailchimp Newsletter
Use Mailchimp to create and send 1 newsletter per week (content provided).
Ensure formatting is clean, mobile-friendly, and visually aligned with our brand.
Schedule and deliver the newsletter each week (timing to be agreed upon).
Maintain and Monitor the Subscriber List
Ensure best practices for opt-in list hygiene.
Track growth, unsubscribes, and bounces.
Light Collaboration with the Founder
Receive newsletter content (text and visuals) from the founder.
Occasionally make light edits, write subject lines, or suggest improvements to layout or calls to action.
Optional Add-Ons Over Time (Not Required Upfront)
Basic analytics review (open rates, clicks, etc.)
A/B testing of subject lines (optional)
Insights on growing the subscriber base
Ideal Candidate
Proficient with Mailchimp (experience required)
Comfortable working with small, founder-led brands
Communicative, consistent, and deadline-oriented
Bonus if you have an interest in children's content, family literacy, or email marketing
Budget and Time Commitment
Budget: $100/month (for 4 newsletters)
Estimated Hours: ~1 hour/week
