CIRCULATE A MAJOR STORY

Hello - We were hoping you may want to get ahead of this story.
After years of abuse, including wrongful garnishments, levies, denial of requested hearings and all other taxpayer rights, threats and other malicious acts, I was forced to file a large claim against the state and the FTB in early December of last year.
WITHIN DAYS OF MY FILING THAT CLAIM, FOR YEARS OF ABUSE AND MALICIOUS ACTS BY FTB STAFF, THEY HAD HACKED MY CELL PHONE AND FORWARDED MY VOICEMAIL TO ONE OF THEIR NON-WORKING NUMBERS FOR THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FTB. NOT ONLY YET ANOTHER MALCIOUS ACT AMONGST MANY, BUT ALSO A FEDERAL CRIME.
The crime was realized on Christmas Day, when my family and others couldn’t leave a message. It has been witnessed and confirmed by family, friends, associates, landlords, etc. My matter also involves the complete fraud who are the Taxpayer "Advocates" and "Executive Advocates", wasting months advocating for no one. I am blocked with one agent, who refuses to help or provide anything; others claim they can and will do nothing but forward my calls to him. I have protested and requested his removal dozes of times. And despite my several certified letters to "Disclosure", I have yet to receive even one requested document. I am also blocked on the FTB and State Websites, no one informing me why. I can not view my account online and cannot remove, nor add, any POA's. All by design.
The new claim has just been filed, seeking $150 million in punitive damages, but reserving the right to file for $1.5 billion.
The state is ripe for exposure and I can help. The conduct of the FTB is part of a long pattern of abuse of the Taxpayer.
(I can also help expose our completely corrupt Cal Bar, and even the farcical Commission on Judicial Performance.)
This matter could easily be a Class Action as, once initiated, many others will also come forward.
All part of a long-proven pattern of behavior of the FTB:
Former member of the California State Board of Equalization Bill Leonard, also a 24-year member of the California Legislature, in addressing THE FACTS of just one of the numerous lawsuits brought against the FTB due to their well-known evil, malicious behavior, said:
“…the FTB investigators crossed many ethical lines and demonstrated how tax agents are not held to the same legal standards we demand of law enforcement officers. Tax agents rummaged through his trash without warrants, visited business partners and doctors, and shared his Social Security Number and other personal information with the media. This is outrageous behavior and I call on the FTB to rein in their agents. What really galled me is the FTB testified in open court that this level of harassment was only a typical audit. If true, then the storm troopers are alive and well at the FTB.”

In previous lawsuits against the FTB and their obvious, ongoing misdeeds, Juries have commented that the FTB acted, " . . . with oppression, fraud, and malice."

Statements from former FTB employees, now turned taxpayer advocates, after witnessing the crimes and misdeeds by a clearly out of control FTB include:
"When I left employment with the FTB, back in the late 90's, they tracked my phone number to see who I was calling inside the FTB, which normally was the tax assistance lines or some of my friends I left behind. Then the FTB management would tell my friends that they could no longer speak with me."
This is what they do to employees who leave and protest the improper and often unlawful conduct of the FTB. This conduct has been persistent for many years. These people behave as if they are above the law. They are not. They need to be stopped.
So the state has been WELL-AWARE of all of these misdeeds, ongoing for many years, and even when asked by Board Members and others to RESPONSIBLY ADDRESS THE CONDUCT, they have not done a single thing to correct any of it. They are responsible.
And when they allow dirty state employees to commit Federal Crimes against honest taxpayers, NO ONE IS SAFE!
