Transfer learning and fine tuning

Using python programming language (prefering Pycharm application) I need to fine tune a pre-trained model which was trained previously on Facenet and inception_resnet_v1 to be able to complete training on my own datasets (i have 3 different datasets ) but transfer knowledge from previous training ..


Another model teained previously using GAN architecture and i want to fine tune it on my own dataset
