Software defined radio and Bci remote connection and signal acquisition

I need a freelancer that will download all the necessary algorithms and programs on my computer to remotely connect my bci to my brain through SDR and a Mimo antenna , many algorithms exist already and I need help with this and a signal acquisition, someone is already doing this to me and I need help to stop them
