I'm looking for a skilled developer who can help me create an automated recognition system for handwritten Telugu scripts. The system should be able to perform basic recognition for all types of handwriting, as the data will be provided in the form of photos taken with a camera.
Key Requirements:
- Implement feature extraction techniques suitable for handwritten script recognition
- Two different methods of recognition should be implemented and then compared on the basis of the method and their outputs
