Win 2022 RDP & Print Setup

I need a Windows Server 2022 box fully configured so that colleagues can log in through a browser-based HTML5 client using standard RDP.
The flow should be seamless: users hit a URL, authenticate with their domain credentials, land on their desktop with Standard user access only, and can print immediately through Microsoft’s Universal Print service to any configured printer on their end.

Scope of work
• Install and configure Remote Desktop Services on Server 2022, including RD Gateway, RD Web Access and the official HTML5 RDP client.
• Lock down all published sessions to Standard user rights—no accidental elevation.
• Integrate Universal Print for remote sessions; printing must redirect cleanly to the user’s chosen printer without extra drivers.
• Harden the deployment (TLS certificates, sensible policies, firewall ports, Timeouts, etc.) and document the steps.
• Hand over a concise runbook plus a 10-minute test with me to prove external login, desktop usability and print redirection all work.

I already have the server licensed and reachable; you bring the RDS know-how and ideally experience with Universal Print on Server 2022.
