SonicWall Login access with limited rights.
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a SonicWall specialist to give my field staff a login that lets them do two and only two things—bind MAC-to-IP entries and export the daily log file. They must not be able to alter any other firewall settings, should not have control on internet access, or even view the logs they are backing up.
Here is what I am after:
• Create or script a custom access level on our SonicWall (current firmware in use) that exposes just the MAC binding page and the log-export function.
• Provide clear, repeatable steps (or an automated script/API wrapper) so we can replicate the setup when we ship new firewalls to additional centres.
• Demonstrate, via screen share or recorded walkthrough, that the restricted user can perform the two tasks and is blocked from everything else.
• Supply concise deployment notes so our own admins can maintain the solution.
Acceptance will be based on a test account you configure on one of our units: if the account can bind a MAC, pull a log backup, and nothing more, the job is complete.
