RDP Folder Sharing Setup

I'm looking for an expert to teach me how to share a folder from a Windows RDP server over the internet.

Requirements:
- Client PC must access using File Explorer only
- Access via \\ip@port\folder
- No password or user prompts
- Anyone with the link can access
- Nothing to be installed on client PC that accesses the RDP folder
- Someone who has successfully done this before
