Network Onboarding & Service Streamlining

My office network has grown faster than our cabling plan, and it now needs a tidy-up before we add more staff. I’m looking for a network pro who can:
• Audit the existing topology—router, switch stack, wireless access points, server, and VoIP phones.
• Join several new Windows workstations to the business server over both Ethernet drops and Wi-Fi, ensuring user accounts/authentication work first time.
• Optimize traffic so cloud apps and our phone service never compete (VLANs, QoS, or another best-practice method you recommend).
• Resolve any lingering slow-downs or random disconnects at existing workstations, reset or reconfigure extra PC towers for future expansion.
• Produce clear documentation: network map, key configs, and a step-by-step guide for adding future users.
Remote configuration is fine for software tasks; if on-site work becomes necessary I can arrange local access. When you reply, briefly outline the tools you’ll rely on (e.g., Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, switch firmware, Wi-Fi survey apps), your step-by-step approach, and an estimated hour range for the initial clean-up plus follow-up checks.
