NFQUEUE-Based Linux Firewall Development

I'm seeking an experienced Linux developer to build an NFQUEUE-based firewall model with the following features:
- **Packet Filtering**: Filter all types of traffic (HTTP/HTTPS, FTP, Email, etc.)
- **GeoIP Filtering**: Custom filtering based on a list of specified countries.
- **Application Filtering**: Filter applications or services based on IP, port, or FQDN (fully qualified domain name).
- **NATing**: Network Address Translation setup.
- **Traffic Logging**: Comprehensive logging of all traffic.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong expertise in Linux and networking
- Experience with NFQUEUE and iptables
- Familiarity with GeoIP databases and filtering
- Knowledge in NAT and traffic logging techniques
