Meraki MX Security Rules Setup

Our network relies on several Meraki MX appliances, and I’m ready to tighten their security from the ground up. The immediate objective is network security enhancement, specifically:
• Build a fresh, well-structured firewall rule set that blocks unnecessary traffic while preserving business-critical flows.
• Implement robust content-filtering profiles that align with our compliance needs.
• Package both elements into a reusable Meraki template so future branches can be deployed in minutes, not hours.
• Create a lightweight automation workflow—script or Dashboard API playbook—that applies the template, validates changes, and logs results for audit purposes.
You’ll have direct access to the Meraki Dashboard and API keys. Documentation of every step, including the logic behind each rule and filter category, must be provided so my in-house team can maintain and extend the setup later.
Deliverables are complete when the rules, filters, template, and automation run cleanly on a staging MX and a short knowledge-transfer session confirms repeatability.
