Firepower ASA & ASDM Upgrade

My Cisco Firepower FPR-4110-K9 is due for a full software refresh and I need a Cisco-certified network-security specialist to guide me through it in real time. The immediate task is upgrading both ASA and ASDM; I don’t yet have the latest images or the necessary Cisco download privileges, so part of the engagement is helping me obtain (or using your own account to retrieve) those files through authorized channels only—no third-party sites.

We will connect via screen-share, SSH, or direct console so you can walk me through each step, verify integrity, back up the current configuration, and perform the install with minimal downtime. Deep familiarity with the ASA code train on Firepower 4100 series hardware, version prerequisites, and ASDM setup is essential, along with comfort working remotely on a live environment.

Deliverables
• Verified download of the newest ASA and ASDM images from Cisco’s official website
• Successful installation and boot on the FPR-4110-K9, confirmed by show version / show module outputs
• Brief summary report of actions taken, commands used, and any post-upgrade recommendations

Session can be scheduled at almost any hour; I’ll provide remote access details once we agree on timing. the activity should not take more than 1-2 hours and we will do it remotely together
