Cybersecurity Expert Needed for 2FA and Incident Response Projects
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Seeking an experienced cybersecurity expert to conduct a comprehensive study on Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and also deploy an incident response plan. Proven experience in cybersecurity, particularly in authentication methods and incident response, and experience in conducting risk assessments and stakeholder engagement with excellent documentation skills.
The Scope of the work is as follows:
A) Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Study:
-Conduct a comprehensive study on 2FA methods, benefits, challenges, and market solutions.
-Prepare a detailed plan with timelines.
-Contact at least 3 vendors for market analysis.
-Develop a business case highlighting costs, benefits, and risks.
-Define the scope of the study, including users, systems, applications, and data to be secured.
-Evaluate current authentication methods and identify associated risks.
-Identify systems and data most vulnerable to unauthorized access.
-Engage stakeholders (IT, security teams, end-users, senior management).
-Estimate costs for implementing 2FA (software, hardware, licenses, training).
-Select a small group of users and systems for a 2FA pilot, only to guide.
-Summarize findings, including risk analysis, 2FA options, and pilot outcomes.
-Provide clear recommendations for the most suitable 2FA method.
-Roadmap Presentation for implementation.

-Conduct post-incident analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.
-Guideline to enhance incident response capabilities by conducting regular drills (at least 2) and updating the incident response plan.
