Cyber Attack Remediation

Interested to start right now. 4 google Pixel phones were under attack using IMSI catcher, as a result of that now they have strange malicious processes/programs with many privileges which you cannot cancel.
Also when I try to erase devices, the progress goes but in several important points it says something like that this directory was not found, error, skipped... And after that all it says that system was erased but we understand that in fact not. Also we should consider that I am under continuous cyber attack and hackers very likely to be the same hotel as me and they have same network as we, also sometimes they make attack with IMSI catcher. PS: I have access to internet through simcard, hotel wifi, hotel wired connection, also have Faraday bags if work needs to be done without internet.
