Project Description
This is a strategic, enterprise-level initiative focused on strengthening, securing, and future-proofing telecommunications networks across LAN, PAN, and WAN environments, using Cisco-based architectures and industry best practices.
The objective is to design a resilient, scalable, and secure telecommunications foundation capable of supporting mission-critical operations, regulatory compliance, and long-term organizational growth.
This is not a short-term configuration task and not a one-time fix. It is a phased telecommunications architecture and resilience program, intentionally structured to begin with a Phase 0 validation and architecture pilot to reduce risk and align scope before any implementation.
Phase 0 – Network Architecture & Resilience Pilot (Initial Engagement)
Objective: Assess the current telecommunications posture and define a clear, enterprise-ready strengthening strategy.
Scope includes:
High-level review of LAN, PAN, and WAN architectures
Network topology, segmentation, and traffic flow analysis
Identification of single points of failure and resilience gaps
Review of Cisco-based routing, switching, and security design
Baseline evaluation of availability, redundancy, and performance
Executive findings with prioritized recommendations
Phase 0 is assessment and architectural design only. No configuration changes or implementation are included.
Future Phases (Post-Pilot)
Subject to mutual agreement, subsequent phases may include:
Cisco network architecture redesign and optimization
Secure segmentation and zero-trust-aligned network models
Redundancy, failover, and high-availability design
WAN optimization and inter-site connectivity hardening
Network monitoring, alerting, and fault-isolation frameworks
Documentation, diagrams, and operational network standards
All phases are executed through clearly defined milestones, scoped and funded independently.
