Windows Desktop Network Monitoring App Development

I am looking for an experienced freelance developer to create a Windows desktop application for basic network monitoring. The application will primarily be used on Windows 10 and Windows 8, so compatibility with these OS versions is essential.

Key Features:
- SNMP MIB exploration (with a remote SNMP host)
- SNMP MIB Browsing (loading external MIB)
- Basic monitoring checks (ping, latency, and packet loss).
- Real-time performance graphs of network latency, packet loss and connectivity
- Execution & display features such as traceroute and whois
- Network Mask calculator for IPv4 and IPv6
- SLA calculator (static calculation).

User Interface: The application should have a user-friendly Graphical User Interface (GUI).

Monitoring Level: The application should provide basic statistics, suitable for users who require a simple yet effective network monitoring tool.

Ideal Skills and Experience:

- Proven experience in desktop application development, particularly for Windows OS.
- Strong understanding and practical knowledge of network monitoring tools and techniques (specially SNMP tools / libraries)
- Realtime graphs in GUI.
