I’m trading crude oil futures using Quantower via EdgeClear from Malaysia.
I’m experiencing intermittent phantom trades—orders that are executed without input—which I suspect may be linked to latency, packet loss, or misconfigured network flow.
I'm looking for a networking or trading system expert to help investigate this issue in a structured and professional manner. This wil probably lead to optimization of my setup.
Key Task Objectives:
- Analyze network path from Malaysia to broker system (NY/Chicago)
- Measure end‑to‑end latency to broker system
- Use tools to Identify spikes, jitter, or routing issues
- Identify potential causes of phantom trades from a network standpoint
- Recommend mitigations/optimization plan to improve connectivity
