Configure, Execute, Record & Document Two Networking Use Cases

We have remote access to a lab emulator and need two practical network-performance monitoring use cases built inside it. Here’s the flow we're after:

We want the expert to
1. understand our two use case scenarios
2. understand how to configure the above lab & our AI platform to make the entire thing work using prompts
3. Record the use cases in a professional video which can be put to youtube
4. Document the step by step approach on how these use cases were implemented/configured in the system and which prompts were used to execute the below use cases.

a. AI-Guided Incident Response & MTTR Optimization (Bridging SIEM + ITSM + Network Automation)
b. Compliance Drift & Security Posture Enforcement (Bridging Firewalls + Network Configs + ServiceNow Change Policies)

Inside the lab you’ll rely on ServiceNow, SolarWinds and Splunk to generate data, surface alerts, and validate results. A solid grounding in general Internet networking is essential so the examples feel realistic; the guide should read as something a NOC expert can reproduce without guesswork.
