Vodafone circuit port 1 needs to be patched directly into the Fortinet firewall’s WAN interface at Siderno C.C. La Gru, Italy. The link is pure Ethernet, so the scope is limited to the physical layer: run or repatch the RJ-45 cable, secure both ends, power-cycle if necessary, and confirm the link LEDs come up on both the Vodafone hand-off and the FortiGate.
