On-Site Network Support
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I’m lining up a freelance Network Engineer who can physically reach multiple cities within my state and step in on either a Same-Business-Day, four-hour response or a Next-Business-Day visit, depending on the ticket. The work is straightforward but hands-on: rack-and-stack, hardware swaps, cabling and patching, imaging or staging gear, mounting a switch, even giving my remote team console access so they can finish the configuration from afar.
Here’s what success looks like for each dispatch:
• You arrive on site within the agreed SLA (four hours for SBD, next day for NBD).
• The hardware is installed, cabled, powered up, and reachable by my remote engineer.
• Any basic troubleshooting is completed or clearly documented before you leave.
If you already keep spare tools like a console cable, basic hand tools, and a label maker in your bag, you’re exactly who I’m after. Let me know which cities you can comfortably cover and the earliest date you can start picking up tickets.
