On-Site Network Device Setup

Job ID: 40182122

Budget: $25 – $50 USD

I need a reliable network engineer for a single-day visit to one of our client’s offices. The core task is to rack, stack, power up, patch, and hand over console access for a set of new routers and switches. I will supply clear network diagrams in advance, so you can walk in and execute without design work.

While on site, I’ll also rely on you for light end-user support—mainly basic troubleshooting on a few desktops and laptops if anything crops up during the change window.

Success for me looks like:
• All routers and switches physically installed, cabled exactly as shown in the diagrams, and visible to our remote team via console.
• Any minor desktop or laptop hiccups resolved before you leave.
• A brief completion note outlining what was done and confirming everything powers up cleanly.

Bring the usual toolkit (console cable, small hand tools, cable ties) and be comfortable working alongside our remote NOC team over a call. If this sounds straightforward to you, let’s lock in the date and details right away.
