On-Site EWR Network Connectivity Repair

Our worksite inside Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) is suffering repeated network drop-outs that disrupt daily operations. I need an experienced IT technician who can come on-site, trace the root cause of the connectivity issues, and get every device reliably back online right away.

Here is what the visit will involve:

• Diagnose the physical and logical network path from ISP hand-off through our switch rack and out to several workstations and VoIP phones.
• Identify and correct cabling, switch, router, or configuration faults responsible for the disconnections.
• Validate stability once fixes are applied and supply a brief post-visit report outlining what you found and how you resolved it.

You should be comfortable working around standard enterprise gear (switches, routers, patch panels, access points) and bring whatever basic test tools you rely on—cable tester, laptop with packet-capture software such as Wireshark, console cables, etc.
