Server Scouting Challenge: Beat 500µs Latency to Telegram Singapore (VPS/Dedicated)
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I am looking for a freelancer, network enthusiast, or server scout to find a VPS or Dedicated Server provider in Singapore that offers LOWER LATENCY than my current setup.
Current Benchmark: I already achieve 500 microseconds (0.5ms) round-trip time (RTT) on my current VPS.
Goal: I need a provider that delivers <500 microseconds. The lower the latency, the higher the payment.
Note: I do NOT strictly need a custom engineering solution. If you know a specific hosting provider or ISP in Singapore that has better routing to the target IP, simply proving it gets you paid.
Technical Requirements
Target IP: 91.108.56.174, 91.108.56.184 and 91.108.56.189 (Telegram Singapore Data Center)
Server Location: Singapore.
Infrastructure: VPS, VDS, or Bare Metal (Rentable) is acceptable.
Metric: Round-Trip Time (RTT) measured in MICROSECONDS (µs) via ICMP (Ping).
Tiered Payment Structure (Result-Based)
I will pay based on the verified stable latency you can demonstrate. You will be paid according to the tier achieved:
< 500 microseconds: ₹2,000 INR (~$24 USD)
< 400 microseconds: ₹3,000 INR (~$35 USD)
< 300 microseconds: ₹4,000 INR (~$47 USD)
< 200 microseconds: ₹5,000 INR (~$60 USD)
< 100 microseconds: ₹7,000 INR (~$83 USD)
< 50 microseconds: ₹8,500 INR (~$100 USD)
< 10 microseconds: ₹10,000 INR (~$118 USD)
Note: You will be awarded the project only after showing valid proof (Looking Glass / Test IP / Temporary Server Access).
What You Must Deliver
The Provider Name: Which hosting company/ISP provides this latency?
Proof of Latency:
A live test IP to verify ping from my end (Preferred).
OR a video recording of the ping test with timestamp and traceroute.
OR temporary SSH access to a test instance.
Cost Transparency: The monthly cost of the server you recommend (I will pay for the server rent separately; this payment is for your finding/service).
Verification Guidelines
No Fake Results: Do not use fake ICMP responders. I will verify using my own tools.
Stability: The latency must be stable, not just one lucky ping packet.
Protocol: Standard ICMP Ping / TCP Ping.
Freelancer Guidelines
Approach: You can spin up cheap VPS instances on various SG providers (like OVH, Vultr, DigitalOcean, Leaseweb, local SG providers, etc.) and test them.
Risk: You bear the small cost of testing/finding the server. I pay for the SUCCESSFUL RESULT.
Already have 500µs? If you cannot find a provider better than 500µs, please do not bid.

100% Payment on Verification: I will release ONLY after I have verified the latency on the server myself.
No Advance: Do not ask for upfront payment for "research". This is a bounty for a result.
