I'm in need of a skilled network engineer to help troubleshoot issues with my Ruckus Virtual SmartZone and Virtual Dataplane. The primary problem I'm facing is connection drops, which are affecting the stability of my network, and client issues.
Key Requirements:
- Expertise in resolving connection drop issues with Ruckus Virtual SmartZone and Virtual Dataplane.
- Ability to diagnose and fix problems related to initial setup and network policies.
- Experience with troubleshooting on-premises access points disconnecting from the data plane controller.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in network engineering, specifically with Ruckus systems & RGNets
- Proven track record of resolving configuration and connectivity issues.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting steps such as device restarts, configuration checks, and firmware updates.
