Resolve Wired & Wireless Connectivity Issues

Job ID: 40553205

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

Both our wired LAN and our Wi-Fi network are intermittently dropping or slowing down, and routine fixes have stopped working. I already handle basic updates and monitoring, so what I need now is focused network maintenance that zeroes in on troubleshooting these connectivity issues.

The environment is a typical small-office mix of switches, routers, access points, desktops and laptops running current Windows builds. I can provide remote access to the firewall, switch configs and controller dashboards (Cisco/MikroTik/UniFi), plus recent event logs. Your task is to locate the root cause—whether cabling, firmware, DHCP, interference, mis-configured VLANs, or something else—and implement a stable, well-documented fix.

Deliverables
• Diagnosis summary outlining each identified problem
• Step-by-step actions taken to restore reliable connectivity
• Final confirmation tests for both Ethernet and Wi-Fi segments
• Short recommendation sheet to keep the network healthy going forward

Success is measured by zero unexpected drops for 48 hours after the fix and clear documentation I can follow in the future. If you need additional details or on-site hands, let me know so we can schedule them.
