Resolve UniFi Router Connectivity Issues - Would like some one now if available

I’m looking for a UniFi-savvy network professional to dive into my existing router configuration and sort out two persistent problems: sluggish overall performance and clients that randomly refuse to connect. The access points and switches are fine; the router is the bottleneck.
Here’s what I need you to do:
• Analyse the current UniFi Network Controller settings (VLANs, DHCP, firewall, traffic shaping, IDS/IPS) and pinpoint any mis-configurations that could be throttling throughput or blocking devices.
