Network Engineer Needed for Hands-On Labs & Job-Ready Coaching

I recently completed the CCNA course and I’m looking for an experienced network engineer who can provide practical, hands-on training to help me become job-ready for entry-level roles.
I have no professional IT experience yet, so I need structured, real-world training—not just theory.
Training Goals
Real-world troubleshooting scenarios
Step-by-step guidance on daily tasks performed by junior network engineers/NOC technicians
Build and troubleshoot network topologies
Learn monitoring, documentation, ticketing, and operational workflows
Training towards job-ready confidence
Technical Areas I Want Covered
Cisco / Palo Alto / Fortinet Network Security device management
Managing and configuring Cisco Routers, Switches, and Firewalls
Routing protocols: BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, VRF
Switching protocols: STP, MSTP, PVST, RPVST+, VTP, MAB, VLAN, Private VLAN
VPN technologies: Remote Access VPN, IKE, IPSec, Site-to-Site VPN
Support for occasional out-of-hours simulated tasks (maintenance windows)
ACI knowledge/experience preferred
Preferred Trainer
Currently working on real-world network engineering or network security projects
Strong background with Cisco (CCNP/CCIE preferred)
Experience with Palo Alto or Fortinet firewalls is a big plus
Experience teaching or mentoring beginners
Able to provide structured sessions + practice labs
Can use Packet Tracer, GNS3, EVE-NG, or similar platforms
Deliverables
Hands-on labs and tasks to complete between sessions
Real-world workflow simulations (change requests, troubleshooting, logs, documentation)
A training completion certificate outlining the skills and topics covered (optional but preferred)
