Sr. Network Engineer: Fortinet Specialist

I am in need of a seasoned network engineer with deep expertise in Fortinet products, particularly FortiGate and FortiManager. This role will primarily focus on firewall configuration and security policy management in an enterprise network setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Resolve tickets from Customer; mostly Fortinet configuration and troublehsooting
● Support existing customer installations.
● Perform configuration changes on the customer systems per customer requirements.
● Manage escalated tickets working closely with NOC engineers.
● Implement firewall changes for customers (Fortinet, Cisco and Palo Alto)
● Collaborate on the completion of customer questionnaires, solution requirements documents, prepare test plans, create migration plans, build technical plans to support project plans, and ensure delivery per architecture and plans in accordance with documentation standards at Driven.
● Respond to customer emails in a timely manner.
● Develop and update network diagrams using Visio or similar visualization tools.


Ideal Candidate:
- No ramp-up time necessary, able to handle tickets from the first day
- Expert in Fortinet products
- Proficient in Cisco and PaloAlto
