Level 3 Network Support

We are looking for candidates with strong technical skills in:

· MS Azure, O 365

· Multi-Factor Authentication and Single Sign-On

· Active Directory administration/design (On-premise and Hybrid AD with Azure)

· Enterprise/SMB Networking & Wi-Fi

· Networking (configuration & deployment of Firewalls, Switches & Access Points)

· VMware Server Virtualization

· Exchange administration

· Experience with Desktop/Server automation

Experience with the following is a plus:

· Previous experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP)

· IT Security

· AWS

· Scripting (preferably PowerShell)

· Network Monitoring/NOC

· Mac OS

· Android/iOS
