I need an experienced network specialist to tune the performance of my Local Area Network. The primary focus is network optimization—pinpointing and eliminating the throughput bottlenecks that are slowing users down during peak hours.

Here’s the flow I have in mind: first, you will remotely review the existing topology, switch configurations, VLAN design, and cabling maps. After running traffic captures and SNMP or NetFlow baselines, you’ll present a concise report showing where bandwidth is wasted or mis-prioritised. Once we agree on the findings, you’ll put the fixes in place—whether that involves QoS adjustments, firmware upgrades, or smarter port-channeling—and then verify the improvement with fresh metrics.

Deliverables
• Discovery report with screenshots or traces that prove each bottleneck
• Action plan outlining the optimisation steps and configuration changes
• Implemented changes documented command-by-command (or GUI screenshots)
• Before-and-after performance graphs demonstrating measurable gains

Acceptance is based on the network sustaining target throughput under load without noticeable latency spikes for a full business day. Typical toolsets such as Wireshark, SolarWinds, or PRTG are all fine—as long as you capture and document the evidence clearly.
