Infrastructure Talent Screener Needed
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I need a recruiter who is comfortable diving into the weeds of Infrastructure engineering and giving me a clean shortlist of standout people. The roles I am filling span Linux administration, Middleware management, Cisco networking, broader Networking, Cyber Security and overall Infrastructure management, so you must be able to tell at a glance whether a résumé truly reflects hands-on experience or just buzzwords.
Your day-to-day will involve:
• Sourcing or reviewing incoming résumés and LinkedIn profiles
• Conducting brief technical screens or written assessments that probe the areas above
• Delivering a concise report explaining why each recommended candidate is worth interviewing and where any gaps lie
I’m aiming for an initial batch of qualified profiles to be delivered within one week, then an ongoing flow as new openings arise. I will supply the job descriptions and salary bands; you give me three to five rock-solid options per role so my hiring managers spend time only with the right people.
