My corporate network has been acting up and the usual re-boots are no longer enough. I need an expert who can jump in right away, watch the live traffic, isolate the fault, and get everything stable again. The job centres on network repair with an emphasis on maintenance and monitoring, but the first order of business is fast, accurate problem-solving.
You will receive remote access to the affected switches, routers, and firewall (mostly Cisco and MikroTik). Once inside, I expect you to capture packets, read log streams, and track down bottlenecks or misconfigurations. Tools such as Wireshark, Zabbix, Nagios, SolarWinds, or anything you are comfortable with are welcome as long as they help you deliver quick results.
Deliverables
• A concise root-cause report summarising findings
• The configuration changes or patches applied (with commands/scripts)
• A short hand-off document so I can keep monitoring the network after the fix
