Hybrid Infrastructure

We are looking for someone who can install a hybrid system on several servers, such as a Windows server located in Europe to create an OpenStack control node and a centralized monitoring and administration server, and on other Linux servers located in different locations to install the OpStack controller + compute node, CEPH/Swift storage.
