Fix Synology NAS and Organize Home Network

I need help with two tasks: getting my Synology NAS to connect to the network and organizing my home network.

Currently, the NAS is not connecting to the network. I also need improved organization for several devices:
- Computers and laptops
- Smart home devices
- Printers and other peripherals

I have a rough idea of the network layout but need assistance in creating or refining it.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Networking expertise
- Familiarity with Synology NAS systems
- Experience in home network organization
- Ability to create or improve network layouts
