Fix Frequent Network Drops

My home-office network keeps losing its connection any time a handful of devices—phones, laptops, a desktop—are online at once. It happens on both WiFi and the hard-wired Ethernet lines, so simply switching adapters hasn’t helped. I need a network specialist who can dig into the underlying cause, explain what’s going on, and put a solid fix in place so everything stays stable no matter how many devices are connected.

Here’s what I expect:

Familiarity with common tools—Wireshark, traceroute, ping, spectrum analyzers—will be useful. The end goal is simple: no more surprise disconnects, even under load.
