Fix Frequent Network Drops

Job ID: 40053807

Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR

My home-office network keeps losing its connection any time a handful of devices—phones, laptops, a desktop—are online at once. It happens on both WiFi and the hard-wired Ethernet lines, so simply switching adapters hasn’t helped. I need a network specialist who can dig into the underlying cause, explain what’s going on, and put a solid fix in place so everything stays stable no matter how many devices are connected.

Here’s what I expect:

• Diagnose the root cause of the drop-outs (router settings, interference, bandwidth limits, firmware, cabling—whatever it turns out to be).
• Apply and test the corrective actions, whether that means reconfiguring the router, updating firmware, replacing faulty hardware, or optimizing channel and QoS settings.
• Leave me with a brief summary of what was changed and any steps I should follow in the future.

Remote troubleshooting is fine if you can guide me through checks or request logs; onsite help is also welcome if you’re local and think it will speed things up. Familiarity with common tools—Wireshark, traceroute, ping, spectrum analyzers—will be useful. The end goal is simple: no more surprise disconnects, even under load.
