Fix Computer Network Connectivity
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
Our computer workstations keep dropping off the network and I need an experienced network engineer to get to the root of the connectivity problems and restore stable service. The issue is limited to computers—mobile phones and IoT gear are fine—so the scope is focused and clear.
You will be asked to:
• Diagnose why the office computers intermittently lose or fail to obtain network access.
• Identify hardware, cabling, switch, router, DHCP, or DNS mis-configurations causing the drop-outs.
• Implement the corrective changes and document exactly what was done.
• Validate the fix with live traffic tests and provide a brief report confirming stable connectivity.
I can supply remote access to the gateway, switch, and affected PCs, plus recent logs. Please outline the analysis steps you plan to follow (packet capture, interface statistics, configuration review, etc.) and any specific tools you prefer—Wireshark, NetFlow, or vendor CLI commands are all fine.
Acceptance criteria: every computer on the segment must consistently reach internal resources and the internet for at least 24 continuous hours after your repair, with no new errors appearing in the network log.
If this sounds straightforward for you, let’s get the troubleshooting started right away.
