EVE-NG Enterprise Network Lab Setup

I’m setting up an EVE-NG environment dedicated to realistic enterprise-grade network simulation. The goal is to emulate the mix of routers and switches you would normally find in a corporate core-to-edge design, then use that sandbox for future testing and skill-building.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Deploy or validate the EVE-NG installation (community or PRO, whichever you recommend for this scope) on my virtualisation platform.
• Import the relevant router and switch images, verify they boot cleanly, and apply any optimisation tweaks so the lab runs smoothly even under load.
• Build an initial enterprise topology that includes core, distribution and access layers, complete with basic IP addressing and connectivity tests so I can hit the ground running.
• Document every step—image versions, settings, and the exact commands used—so I can reproduce or expand the lab later.
• Optional but appreciated: a brief live hand-off session to walk me through the layout and best practices.

Acceptance is simple: all devices must power on inside EVE-NG without license errors, ping end-to-end must succeed across the sample topology, and the documentation must let me rebuild the lab from scratch. If that sounds straightforward, I’m ready to get started right away.
