Cisco ACI Migration & Optimization

Job ID: 40467932

Budget: $50 – $0 USD

Our data-centre fabric is built on Cisco hardware and we are now moving to an ACI architecture. I need a senior engineer who can take full ownership of the migration from our existing Cisco network, work through any unforeseen issues in real time, and fine-tune the new fabric for performance and stability.

The assignment covers the entire lifecycle: developing a low-risk migration strategy, staging and validating the new ACI policy model, executing the cut-over, then troubleshooting and optimisation once traffic is live. You will be hands-on with APIC, Nexus 9000 leaf-spine switches, L3Outs, contracts, and health-score monitoring, and you should be completely comfortable interpreting logs and telemetry to isolate problems quickly.

Key deliverables
• Detailed migration plan with rollback steps
• Clean, commented ACI configuration templates and tenant policies
• Post-migration health report and optimisation recommendations
• Knowledge-transfer session so my in-house team can operate the fabric confidently

Success is measured by a seamless cut-over (minimal downtime), stable fabric health scores, and clear documentation handed over at the end. If you are a senior-level Cisco ACI specialist who thrives on complex migrations and tuning, I’d like to get started right away.
