Batfish IPv6 Routing Support

I need to add support for IPv6 routing(specifically for bf.q.routes module) in Batfish, specifically for static and dynamic routing protocols like OSPFv3 and BGP.

Essential Requirements:
- Enhance Batfish to support IPv6 routing.
- Implement static and dynamic routing protocols (e.g., OSPFv3, BGP).
- Validate and troubleshoot IPv6 routing configurations.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in Batfish and network simulation tools.
- Strong knowledge of IPv6 routing protocols.
- Experience in network validation and troubleshooting.
- Background in network security is a plus, but not required.
