write a Mikrotik script

You need to write a script. There is a file with a list of pppoe clients, the script should disable clients that are located in this file. In secrets and in active connections.

Functionality:
- Firewall configuration
- Bandwidth management
- Network monitoring

Requirements:
- The freelancer should have expertise in Mikrotik scripting
