vCenter HA Setup : 3 ESXi 7 Hosts

Hello,
I have 3 HPE Servers, running ESXi 7 Enterprise Plus that I need vCenter setup, the three hosts made into a cluster, our network vlans setup as vswitches, and our dual controller Synology iSCSI controller connected.
The Hosts each have a fresh install of ESXi 7 installed on them, a primary 10G network connection, and a failover 1G network connection. 6 Networks need to be configured (different vlans). Hyper Availability will need to be setup so virtual machines will continue to run if one, or two hosts goes down.
Looking to get this deployed this Friday night (PST) or Saturday (any time) if possible
