system/network engineer

We are a tuition centre that introduced a revolutionary method called where we train a person to make use of the correct neuro-cognition ability to perform the task which would fill the gap in the existing education framework.
We are looking for (system/network engineer) to install, config our new server with the following software. We are looking for someone for this project as well as someone long term we can turn to for advice and future maintenance of the system.

We have just gotten a new dedibox. It’s a clean system that we have just gotten from hetzner, will need ur help to first install ubuntu 20 (with GUI) from the image provided by the server, and install the following programs. Some we are ok to use docker, some we don't due to the limitation of docker.
