IT support for a wired internet issue in Manchester, England

Must be available to attend an office in Ancoats, Manchester
We are having issues with a fixed internet connection in our Manchester office. We're looking for an IT support freelancer/consultant to provide a quote to review and resolve our internet issues.
Background:
- We're in a private office space within a co-working building. Each desk has an RJ45 port, wired through to the buildings comms room (some ports via small unmanaged switches)
- The ports in the comms room are then patched through to our own Ubiquiti UniFi Pro Switch (48 port)
- The switch is connected to our own WAN connection
- The switch has been operating as an unmanaged switch since June '22
- There are issues with the wired network, but since its unmanaged its hard to tell what is going on
- We've purchased a Ubiquiti Console (Gen2) to connect to the switch, and give us visibility over it (and work out where the issue is)
The project:
- Install and setup a ubiquiti console
- Once its up and running, test the network back to the laptops in the office
- If the switch is operating fine but still having issues, test the cabling and ports
- If its the WAN connection that is the issue, we will report it to the building managers to resolve
