set port on Zyxel USG 100

I need to setup port on my Zyxel USG 100 to allow outgoing traffic on several ports to an external server. The ports to open are:
- 443
- 21
- 1990
- 1991
- 10301
- 60000-65000

Requirements:
- Allow all traffic on all specified ports.
- Allow both TCP and UDP on these ports (FTP)
