I am looking for a reliable, experienced freelance professional to provide remote desktop support services. The deliverables will include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, installing and configuring software, as well as network maintenance and monitoring. The service must be available 24/7 and should require a secure internet connection leveraging virtual private networks (VPN) or secure shell (SSH). Ideally the contractor should have extensive experience with related technologies and the ability to troubleshoot complex problems in a cost-effective manner. Communication skills are also key, with the consultant being able to effectively communicate findings and solutions to technical challenges.
