networking help

Need someone who is a networking expert. I am working on some virtual machines in Azure but I have some prblem connecting them to each other. i am not able to ping and I am unable to find out the issue. So, I need someone who can help me figure out the problem. I would appreciate if someone could directly connect to my laptop and we can see what the problem is.
